Nilex adopts relaxed listing requirements to meet the requirements of Medium & Small companies
Any company seeking to list on Nilex must have a listing sponsor, both in the run-up to listing and throughout its life as a listed company.
The nominated advisor helps the applicant in the preparation for listing on Nilex and ensures the company's compliance to the listing and disclosure rules.
The company, together with the advisor submit a listing request to the listing department to be approved. After a preliminary approval, the listing department submits the application to the Listing Committee to get the final approval.
Once the Listing Committee gives its final approval, the company together with the nominated advisor can offer the company's shares to investors to get the needed finance.
