A nominated advisor acts as a coordinator between the issuer and the exchange all the time.
 
Role of Nominated Advisor
  • Advises and assists the applicant company on all its responsibilities during the application process and its responsibilities to maintain its status once listed.
  • Helps the listed companies to fulfill its ongoing disclosure obligations.
  • Informs the CMA in case of the companys non compliance with the rules and regulations.
  • Helps the company in its initial public offering of its shares.
  • Issue a research coverage for the companies it sponsors.

The advisor's obligations and responsibilities will be maintained for two years from the date of the company's listing.
